Testing Manager

Position Overview:3Ci is seeking a Test Manager to oversee the testing efforts for the implementation of a new Loan Origination System for a banking Client. This Client is a leading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services to its customers. 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing test efforts, preferably within the banking industry and with Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.

Replacement of the Consumer Loan Origination System, enabling online applications within the bank.
Implementation of online account opening for consumers and commercial clients, including the replacement of the internal Fiserv system.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the LOS software company and Program Manager to plan and execute testing efforts.Gather requirements and insights from the Line of Business to inform testing strategies.Develop test plans, scripts, and documentation in alignment with project timelines and objectives.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure testing milestones are met.Provide guidance and leadership to testing team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards and procedures.Work Schedule: 100% remote
