Job Summary: The University Testing Center is seeking applications for a Testing Coordinator . This position reports to the director of University Testing Services. The testing coordinator oversees all aspects of University Testing Services' high-stakes testing operation (7:00 AM—3:30 PM) and manages University Testing Services' course testing daily. This position works collaboratively with the director to conduct UTS administrative functions including hiring, scheduling, supervising, training, and evaluating graduate assistants and undergraduate student workers in the testing center. 
The testing coordinator manages hiring, paperwork, and employee development for undergraduate office workers and graduate assistant proctors. They collaborate with the director to schedule exams, respond to faculty requests, and promote testing services. They collect and analyze data, assist with budget management, and handle purchasing. They also work on special projects to improve testing center operations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. National College Testing Association ( NCTA ) certification, or must obtain within 3 months of employment. Prometric/ ETS /Praxis certification, or must obtain within 3 months of employment. Certification as proctor/manager with various testing companies such as ETS , ACT , SAT , and others, or must obtain within 3 months of employment. About East Tennessee State University
