Across more than 100 countries worldwide, the KION Group's solutions improve the flow of material and information within factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.**Tasks and Qualifications**:**The Role**Dematic/KION is looking for **Test Specialist - **Business Transformation **as part of theCentral Test management of business transformation program.**Responsibilities**To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:- As an test specialist Business Transformation you will be leading testing activities including planning, execution, and monitoring of functional and Non-Functional testing phases in a multi release set up.- Part of the central test management team and closely collaborate with functional and technical teams across the business transformation global program.- Support developing and communicating test principles and standards to testing teams and stakeholders.- Coordinate different test phases (FT/SIT/UAT/Regression Test etc.) in a cross-functional environment.- Collect test metrics and report to stakeholders regularly to identify and mitigate risks on test progress.**Qualifications**- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Science, or related field.- 5 years' experience in test management, test methodologies and execution tools (ideally JIRA XRAY)- Experience in Test Automation, Performance testing and other non-functional testing.- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).- Work in a Global cross functional environment including identifying and addressing business needs.- Participate in meetings, and manage prepare concise, accurate documents.- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.Willingness to travel up to 15-25% internationally
