As a Test Manager, you'll spearhead the verification strategies and ensure seamless functionality across our digital platforms. Your tasks Responsibility for the definition of the verification strategy of the IoT Digital Ecosystem containing several software platforms (on-board/embedded, cloud, mobile app) Coordination of all verification activities of our IoT Digital Ecosystem: Edge-Device, Edge-Connectivity, Backend-Services, Frontend-Applications (Web & App) Ensure synergies and efficiency among the different verification teams (local and nearshore) Coordinate nearshore verification team both strategically and operationally Proactive coordination between internal stakeholders (product engineering, development, architecture, product management) and external test centers Active participation on the review of requirements for new features Define and establish Verification Processes Ensure appropriate reporting of the verification activities (test plans, test cases, test scripts, test results) Responsibility for budget and on-time delivery Your profile Technical or scientific studies (ETH, university or FH) Several years of experience in cloud-based integration and system verification in the context of complex product development Knowledge and experience in the environment of embedded software or IoT ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager is a plus Experience in the technical and personnel management of one or more teams Know-how in the use of test management tools, as well as agile working methods and build, release, and DevOps test automation Experience in an international environment Initiative, solution-oriented and innovative personality with drive and "hands-on" mentality and passion for quality High social and intercultural competence and the will to make a difference Very good command of both written and spoken English, German is a plus Our offer Attractive employment conditions, training and development opportunities A wide range of creative freedom when developing a new subject area The opportunity to work in an innovative environment with the latest technologies An open and trusting corporate culture in which everyone, from interns to the CEO, is treated as equals with respect and appreciation We are a talent consultancy with HQ in Berlin: we connect hearts, evolve talents and leaders, build excellence.
