Part-time Test Administrator positionResponsible for secure exam delivery and customer serviceFlexible scheduling and competitive hourly rate
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Comply with testing procedures and company policies• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain exam process• Proctor and invigilate candidates• Troubleshoot technical issues• Complete light housekeeping duties• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred• Flexible work hours and days• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office• Ability to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs• Comfortable in a quiet testing environment
Key Skills Needed
• Customer service• Technical troubleshooting• Proctoring
