Responsibilities
• Teach core real estate courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels• Deliver lectures, seminars, and studio courses• Teach introductory core courses in real estate development, real estate finance, urban policy, proforma modeling, and/or housing policy and finance• Support advising and service responsibilities• Develop career-centered curricular modules• Set academic vision for the program• Serve as the program's public face• Manage administrative functions of the program
Requirements
• Obtained a doctorate in an allied field of the built environment• Practical professional experience (encouraged)• Specialized research areas in climate change, sustainability science, community development, and affordable housing• Qualifications in real estate development, urban planning, and/or building sciences• Teaching experience• Engagement in high-impact design research, writing, and creative production
