Temporary clerical position for Winter term 2024Location: Portland, ORWork schedule: Monday to Friday up to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
• Performing clerical and administrative tasks across campus• Typing, word processing, and generating documents• Providing reception and customer service• Utilizing computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets• Demonstrating strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements
• Two years of general clerical experience• Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology, or graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology, and one year of general clerical experience• Significant clerical skills and experience• Excellent reception and customer service skills and experience• Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
