• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency• Maintain knowledge of credit union policies and procedures• Balance drawer daily and secure negotiables• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs• Alert management of any suspicious activity• Complete required compliance documentation• Maintain clean and secure work area• Cross-train in other teller functions• Adhere to credit union policies and procedures• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 6-month experience in cash handling or customer service• High School diploma or equivalent• Competent computer skills• Friendly and outgoing with good communication skills• Neat and professional appearance• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• Physical ability to lift heavy bags of coin and stand for long periods• Ability to follow core values• Full time availability
