Summary: The Telecommunications Operator is responsible for receiving, screening, and evaluating incoming emergency and non-emergency calls. They also monitor all system alarms and coordinate call codes. The Telecom Operator must adhere to assigned duties, attend meetings and educational classes as required. Responsibilities include contacting on-call teams: administrative, medical personnel, surgery, anesthesia, cardiac, and emergency/disaster.
Oversee the Police CAD system and Badging for the hospital
