Job Summary:ATC Youngstown is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telemetry Nurse (RN) to join our team in Bryan, Texas. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting patients' vital signs and providing direct and individualized patient care. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary of $1,600 per week.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary of $1,600+ per weekComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan with employer matchPaid time off and sick leaveContinuing education opportunitiesEmployee discounts and rewards programResponsibilities:Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, and other relevant data.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, such as EKGs and blood draws.Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan.Document all patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.Monitor and maintain patient safety and follow infection control protocols.Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations, such as cardiac or respiratory arrest.Requirements:Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telemetry Nurse.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.EEOC statement:ATC Youngstown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or marital status.
