Job Description:
You will join an existing team of Project and Program managers within a growing company. This organization has an already established business of manufacturing and products, now adding to that with software solutions for their customers. They are needing to bring a tenured professional onboard with big-company experience, and now wants to join a small/mid size company and build up their internal IT project management practices. Will work with IT projects which are both done using waterfall methodologies , as well as agile methodologies, SDLC, and Scrum.
Required Skills 7+ years of technology project management experience Demonstrated experience building and leading technology projects through the entire duration of the SDLC Experience and ability to deliver technology projects within both waterfall and agile methodologies. Experience using a variety of technical software project lifecycle tools. Experience tracking and reporting up to internal business units and leaders on progress of concurrent and multiple project timelines. As well as suggestions on where and how to adjust timelines, deliverables, scope creep, etc... Bachelors Degree PMP
Bonus / Soft skills: Experience working with projects where both technical and engineering groups may be onshore and off-shore - including manufacturing IT security Agile, Scrum
