Technician - Network

Schedule and perform maintenance of all client PCs, POS terminals, to include software patching and antivirus updates. Assist Systems Administrators with the maintenance and configuration of network related hardware/software, including Active Directory, Group Policy management. Work with Systems Administrators on special projects and researching new technologies. Assist with the development of junior level technicians. Provide Tier 1 and 2 levels of Help Desk support, to include covering Help Desk phone, e-mail support requests and Help Desk tickets. Maintain and ensure all enterprise backups and data storage. Maintain and provide reporting on hardware and software inventory, to include all PCs, laptops, printers, consumables, etc., in accordance with established policies and procedures. Performs in-office duties including, but not limited to, invoice tracking, filing, and processing, purchase quoting, tracking, and processing. Participate in budget planning and software tracking.
