SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for performance of all electrocardiography, dynamic-electrocardiography, signal averaged electrocardiography and exercise tolerance procedures to include calculation of data and the recognition of potential life threatening cardiac irregularities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): High School diploma or equivalent plus graduation from a recognized program in non-invasive technology or equivalent required Three (3) months of effective experience required Eligible for Certified Cardiology Technician exam with Active Certification Status strongly encouraged within two (2) years from employment date BLS certification (CPR) required within six (6) months from employment date WHY PENN STATE HEALTH?
