We are seeking an experienced Ag Equipment Mechanic / Diesel Technician for a well-respected, multi-location Ag Equipment Sales and Service company. Qualified applicants understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers. Regular duties include basic diagnostics, full service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment in the shop and service locations.About the Company:Well-respected agriculture equipment service and sales company.A leadership team that works alongside the techs to support and drive efficiency.Be a part of a diverse team of mechanics with over a hundred years of combined experience in the ag equipment industry.Family-owned, tight-knit culture.Multiple locations.Ag Equipment Technician Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment.Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.Deliver quality repairs in a timely fashion.Work as part of a team.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly manner.Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.Ag Equipment Technician Qualifications:3+ years' experience performing service repairs, preferred.Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment.Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.Proficient oral and written communication skills.Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.Additional:****Very competitive pay.Please submit a resume for consideration.
