Job Summary: In a professional organization, you will provide manual cleaning labor in a timely method to stay within production scheduling to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation and Production areas, while abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This position would fit a candidate willing to develop and learn under our maintenance manager within the maintenance department.
Main Areas of Responsibility: You will be responsible for overseeing any and all tasks by performing all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe facility. Responsible for sanitizing cultivation and production rooms on a daily basis. This includes but are not limited too: Scrub and rinse floors, walls, and tables within multiple 3,200ft rooms. Comfortable hulling up to 50lbs of trash and debris continuously to secured waste area. Comfortable manually using hand trucks, wet/dry vacs, floor scrubbing machine, pallet jacks, and fork and scissor lifts. Able to go up heights up to 20ft on scaffolding and ladders. You will be responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration in your assigned room/areas. Work during assigned hours with the possibility of overtime when necessary. Handling potent cleaning chemicals for various levels of deep cleaning. Maintain communication and monitors cleaning equipment and supplies for daily tasks. Ensures 100% compliance involving proper data logging. Reports potential employee issues, all equipment, workload problems, or product tampering to immediate supervisor. Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties. Performs all other duties as assigned. Experience Preferred- Maintenance/sanitation experience in manufacturing environment- Language Skills - Ability to effectively communicate information to management, supervisors, other staff, or vendors using written and oral skills etc. Mathematical Skills - Ability to apply concepts such as measurments and proportions to practical situations. Other Qualifications- Reliable transportation. Valid Driver's License preferred. The individual must be capable of reviewing their work for errors and make adjustments as necessary. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to work on their feet, and be comfortable walking, crouching, and standing for long periods of time. The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 7S pounds.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
