CIVCO is seeking a detail-oriented, quick learner to join the Technical Communications teamThe team is responsible for creating and maintaining product labels and instruction manualsThe Technical Writer works cross-functionally to gather information and finalize publications

Responsibilities
• Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards• Create high-quality documentation using HTML and CSS• Design artwork for presentation in documentation• Process and release instructions and product labeling• Proofread and peer review documentation• Coordinate instruction translations and product/service ordering• Manage external vendors for translations and printing• Participate in special projects as assigned• Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent• Attention to detail is crucial• Knowledge of the English language, including grammar• Knowledge of HTML and CSS• Ability to write clearly and concisely• Strong communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software• Ability to stay up-to-date technically• Regular attendance and face-to-face interaction required• Participate and communicate with cross-functional teams
