Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs for our employees and customers, focusing on safety, maintenance, and repair of WIRTGEN equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and distributing training materials
Scheduling and leading training sessions
Monitoring technician progress and providing mentorship
Staying updated on industry advancements and integrating new information into training programs
This role may be based in our corporate office in Eugene or offered as a hybrid remote position, with occasional travel required for team meetings. Candidates must reside in California, Oregon, or Washington.
Requirements:
A one-year certificate from a College or Technical School, plus at least five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment theory
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage audiences of varying skill levels
Basic computer proficiency
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel overnight and work overtime, including nights and weekends
Compensation: $72,000-$100,600 per year (Depending on Experience)
