Position Title:  Technical Support Specialist (Hourly) - Oklahoma Market
Pay Range : $20 to $25/hour
Levy is currently recruiting for an hourly Technical Support Specialist to support the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, OK and University of Oklahoma Athletics Department in Norman, OK. This position will provide technical guidance and support in advance, during, and following all Paycom Center and major OU Athletic events, which includes weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays. For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Position As the Technical Support Specialist for Oklahoma market, you will be responsible for facilitating our client's success through the appropriate use of technology. You will work closely with the Levy Regional Technology team, vendors, partner technology contacts, and other Levy departments to ensure that all Levy software and hardware systems are functioning properly, facilitating the best experience for our client and our customers. Implementing the "best" technology solutions is a key component to our success.
Key Job Responsibilities: Primary POC for all in-venue technology systems Foster healthy relationships with venue management and Levy operations teams Support office technology systems (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) Support all Food & Beverage (Concessions, Premium, Clubs, and Suites) related Point-of-Sale hardware and software including system change management, preparation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and event support. Collaborate with technology vendors, Regional IT, and location personnel for IT related issues. Open support tickets when needed and track through resolution Required Skills: Technical:
Solid understanding of the relationship between hardware and software Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues Understanding of routers and switches Understanding of TCP/IP – Static, DHCP, Subnets, etc. Understanding of Active Directory Working knowledge of wireless technology Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is a plus but not required Footer General: Available to work multiple shifts (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, & holidays) Ability to work long shifts (before, during, and after scheduled events) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently without close supervision Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Apply to Levy today!
