We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Technical Sales Intern to join our team at KNZ Solutions. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in technical sales while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Assist with lead generation and prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare sales presentations. Assist with proposal and contract preparation, including pricing analysis and negotiation. Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance as needed. Assist with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system management, including data entry and maintenance of customer records. Perform ad-hoc sales-related projects and tasks as assigned by the sales team. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Strong interest in pursuing a career in technical sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not required.
