Job Title: Technical Staffing Recruiter Location: Portland, OR (ONSITE at Portland Office) Company: First Tek Inc. Duration: Full Time Role (Direct placement)-In house recruitment Rate: $55k/year on W2 First Tek, Inc. is a reputable IT & Non-IT Staffing Consulting Firm headquartered in Piscataway, NJ with offices in Portland, OR, and California. Our Staffing Recruiting Team is led by a Managing Director with over Twenty (20) years experience and our Senior Recruiting Specialists have successfully supported both the IT and non-IT marketplace for over two decades. Through the years of delivering topnotch talent and professional candidates to our client base nationwide, we have grown into a world class organization, with operations in major U.S. Markets. Our mission is to build long-lasting relationships through successful candidate placements, to conduct business with utmost professionalism and courtesy, and to achieve rewarding business performance results. The potential candidate will be reporting to our director as well as the assigned Account Manager to work with and support assigned accounts utilizing First Teks' Job Diva ATS as well as Client Vendor Management Systems. Additionally, you will be assigned positions to assist in recruiting qualified talent. Job Duties: Assist Account Managers and join weekly Client Sync Calls regularly regarding requisitions and speaking with Client Talent Coordinators to learn about the requirements, ask questions, and strategize on recruitment. Assist with Posting Job descriptions, Source and Recruit Candidates, Phone Screen, Submit Candidate Summaries into both Job Diva ATS and Client VMS. Assist and schedule Candidate Interview Prep Calls prior to scheduled client interviews. Send confirmation emails to new hires, collect photos, NDA, and upload them into VMS. Join monthly Supplier Intake Sync Calls (Google Meet) to receive program information and updates. Review existing job postings, updating and correcting them as necessary. Occasional travel to Client Sites (Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR) to return equipment! (License/Car Required) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates considered must have at a minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Recruiter/Coordinator with some proven HR knowledge. (Preferably in the staffing industry!) Must have excellent and proficient Data Entry skills. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Proven experience with TEAMS & GOOGLE MEET. Familiarity with any Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, etc. Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal guidance. Must have a valid Driver s License and Car. Background Check will be required for Client Badging. Must have a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able the multi-task and assist the Sales & Recruitment Team.
