Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Strategic Talent Sourcer for our prestigious client in the energy sector. Join a dynamic team dedicated to attracting, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent to drive organizational success. As a Strategic Talent Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sourcing efforts for the Field Organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and diversity initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support sourcing efforts for the Field Organization, collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business goals.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including social networking and direct sourcing, to attract and screen passive talent effectively.
Develop repeatable and scalable sourcing strategies for various roles, leveraging referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.
Proactively seek diverse candidate pools and contribute to diversity efforts within the hiring process.
Conduct research to gain market insights on target companies and communities, facilitating effective talent sourcing.
Identify and screen candidates for role fit and cultural alignment, providing recommendations for the interviewing and hiring process.
Apply data-driven recruiting methodologies to influence timely and effective hiring decisions while ensuring data integrity across all recruiting tools.
Utilize internal reporting tools to track sourcing activities and develop strategies based on insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant talent sourcing experience in an agency or corporate environment; or a high school diploma and 3 years of relevant talent sourcing experience.
Proficiency in using Boolean search strings and experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
Demonstrated experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting, hiring process management, and technology.
Experience in utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to recruit passive candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a headhunting capacity.
Strong preference for experience in sourcing roles within the Trades (e.g., HVAC, Low Voltage Electricians, Installation Technicians, Repair and Maintenance, etc.).
