The Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Staffing Firm) will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing IT candidates while working with cross functional teams to place them in their forever homes.

Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Staffing Firm) Requirements: 1-5 years of experience working for a staffing firmStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsMust be fully vaccinated (COVID-19)Strong communication skillsHighly motivatedIT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.Technical Recruiter (Permanent Placement Staffing Firm) Salary & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) Base salary typically around $60-70kBowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits + dental + visionUnlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)We have a foosball table, Spikeball net, putting green, dart board, stocked fridgeHybrid work from home and in office schedule (2 days from home)We have frequent company outings (baseball games, laser tag, bowling, tubing, happy hour)We provide ongoing training opportunities including training on technology terms & functions.You're not a lone wolf – team environment, no internal competition Opportunity Location Arlington, VA
