Role and Responsibilities:
As an Electronic Development Project Manager, you will:
Inspire and lead the team to excel in quality and urgency.
Possess a thorough understanding of product development processes.
Allocate appropriate electrical development team resources to meet high-level requirements and ensure successful project delivery according to top-level program plans.
Maintain team focus and motivation throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans for the electrical development team.
Oversee outsourcing of development activities to co-developers.
Demonstrate experience in managing complex engineering systems projects.
Showcase a track record of successful product delivery.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of electronics projects, encompassing both hardware and software.
Possess a solid background in project management, with project management certification considered a plus.
Ability to comprehend systems specifications, test specifications, and reports.
Demonstrate an ownership mentality, striving for top-quality results at optimal cost, first time right.
Highly motivated with a passion for problem-solving and success, exhibiting self-starting and driven qualities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at providing project planning with well-founded technical trade-off arguments.
Collaborative team player adept at working within a multi-discipline, multi-cultural high-technology environment.
Experience leading project teams comprised of 5-20 engineers.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant design and/or project management experience.
Experience in Electronic Product Design (NPI), Digital Logic Development (FPGA), and familiarity with electronics manufacturing.
Proficient in technical presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience working in a project-oriented team.

Other Information:
This position is located on-site in Wilton, CT, requiring in-person attendance for work-related events, trainings, meetings, and fostering teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
Flexible workplace arrangements may be available, allowing remote work for employees in roles conducive to such arrangements (up to two days a week).
Role within Office:
Responsibilities:
Perform routine office tasks such as paperwork, computer work, filing, and phone communication.
Demonstrate physical capabilities as required for the role, including sitting, walking, talking, hearing, using hands for keyboarding, grasping, fine manipulation, reaching, stretching, occasional lifting, and moving objects up to 20 pounds.
Maintain proper job safety conditions and communicate effectively through sight, hearing, and other means as necessary to perform assigned tasks.
Adhere to job-specific procedures and timelines.
Additional Responsibilities (as needed in cleanroom and/or labs):
Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Ability to work with equipment such as lasers, ladders, platforms, and chemicals.
Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
