How Will You Contribute to the Company? \The Technical Privacy Manager reports to the Director of Privacy andTrust.They will lead privacy risk management processes for the productorganization on behalf of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutionsprivacy team, lead the automation and maintenance of privacy software,as well as execute additional tasks as needed to advance the privacyteam\'s strategic and tactical plans.\\ What Will You Do?
Lead and facilitate the Privacy Risk Management processes for theProduct organization\

Working closely with product engineers and developers to leadprivacy impact assessment (PIA) processes for ourcustomer-facing products and services
Leveraging Ericsson Product Privacy principles, develop anEricsson Enterprise-specific Privacy by Design (PbD) strategyfor our product organization
Develop PbD standards for all newly released applications
Support product engineering in developing appropriate PbDtechnical architecture for all new products and features thatinvolve personal data
Ensure that all product changes, features and/or change insubprocessors are represented in the privacy notice and dataprotection addendum templates
Support risk management processes for privacy function,including identification and risk response for identified risksor gaps in the product organization
Develop appropriate training and support plans to ensureadoption throughout the organization

Privacy Program Management\

Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones
Engage cross functionally with various organizations (R&D,Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Finance) requiredto deliver projects/initiative and drive results
Responsible for developing execution plans with key milestonesbased on the defined program objectives and deliverables
Responsible for surfacing risks, issues, and disconnects withinthe projects/initiative and managing all such issues toresolution

Lead Inventory and Data Mapping requirements\

Ensure asset inventory and records of processing activities areupdated according to GDPR Article 30 requirements for Productorganization
Coordinating with product security, ensure data flows are keptup to date

Privacy Technology Lead\

Serve as the privacy software administrator, troubleshootingtechnical issues as they arise
Research, develop and implement automation of key privacyprocesses, including PIAs and DSARs
Develop and maintain automated privacy metrics and dashboards
Support privacy team with complex technical questions as theyarise for other areas of the organization

\ Qualifications \ Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of one to two (1-2) years of privacy related experience
Proven experience in technical role, preferably in an engineeringorganization, with minimum seven to ten (7-10) years work experience
Adapt to shifting priorities, work well under pressure, and adhereto deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills includingpresentation and facilitation capabilities
Proven self-starter and ability to work independently is a necessity
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with andinfluence leaders at all levels of the organization
Proven negotiation and influencing skills
Demonstrated program management experience with cross functionalprograms including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicatingstatus and managing projects
Demonst ated ability to work with and understand a diverse set oforganizations and functions
Experience with OneTrust privacy software
\ Bonus Points:
Experience working in a cloud software organization; securitysoftware or networking
Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering,Information Security or other technical subject area
CIPP (US or Europe) and/or CIPM certification
Experience doing Program Management in a matrix environment and/ormultinational company
