Your primary goal would be to empower licensees to solve technical/artistic issues in their projects and push the boundaries of the Unreal Engine. Your primary tasks will involve directly interacting with licensees, contributing to the development of the engine, and creating content that showcases the capabilities of Unreal in ways that inspire and educate.In this role, you willEngage licensees in-person, via video, or over email to achieve the best possible resultsDiagnose and solve problems Unreal Engine licensees may be having with their projectsWork with customers and technical partners from multiple industries to ensure features meet their needsSupport a wide variety of projects across many industriesDrive the creation and development of knowledge sharing-resources such as live presentations, whitepapers, tutorials, and knowledge base articlesContribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Unreal EngineProvide mentorship and coaching to team membersWhat we're looking forUser-focused, passionate, self-sufficient, solutions-focused, and innovative.
