Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Responsible and accountable to know, own and energize the mission, values and standards of the hospital. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate of Science in Nursing required. Experience: Two (2) years experience required. Certifications: BLS required. Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required. Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing. ACLS certification. Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. Work Environment Patient rooms, nursing unit, hospital environment COVID patient care may be required. Note: Candidates that live within a fifty (50) mile radius of Baxter Regional Medical Center and/or candidates that were previously employed with Baxter Regional, within the past five (5) years are not eligible for consideration.
