Job Title: Tech BA/Developer

Location: Philadelphia, PA / Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Duration : 12+ months

Pay rate: $60/hr to $65/hr max. on W2

Visa : US citizen

Experience & Duties:

Senior role – 5-10 years' experience.

Project is for a ORMB (Oracle revenue measurement billing system) implementation project.

75% BA – understand complex billing rules and scenarios.

Analysis of complex rules- how to simplify

Working with PO who is driving implementation of ORMB implementation.

How do we build out the system to service new groups in ORMB.

25% – Stakeholder management- ability to talk to business and explain at high level, Java hands on ability- Groovy is used to extend ORMB- ability to understand the language (look at code where needed).

Must have experience in billing system.

ORMB experience is highly preferred other ERPs could be okay

Experience in Finance would be a plus.

Configuration experience in ORMB.
