Position Overview: As a Team Member at Glide Xpress Car Wash, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our car wash facility. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive experience for our customers while upholding our high standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with payment transactions, and provide friendly and efficient service throughout their car wash experience. Car Wash Operations: Perform various tasks related to car wash operations, including prepping vehicles, guiding customers onto the wash conveyor, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of the car wash process, ensuring thorough cleaning and drying of vehicles while adhering to established standards and procedures. Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the car wash facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash receptacles as needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper operating guidelines for equipment and machinery. Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members to optimize workflow, minimize wait times, and provide support as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns and promoting additional services or membership programs as appropriate. Qualifications:
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not required Commitment to upholding company values of integrity, teamwork, and environmental responsibility Benefits:
