Responsibilities
• Preparing class materials and reviewing lesson themes• Teaching swim lessons to 4 swimmers per class• Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents• Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested
Requirements
• Passion for helping others and a fin-tastic personality• Ability to swim• Availability for set groups of lessons• Ability to arrive 15 minutes before swim lessons start• Communication skills• Ability to work the same scheduled days every week• Patience and ability to work with students at their own pace• Ability to do quality work and exceed expectations• Integrity, compassion, and trust
