Details: Shift Hours: Work only 15 days per month! Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am (3 nights 1 week, 4 nights the next)
Pay Rate: $28-32/hr. base +$2.50 shift differential for night shift
Bloomer, WI
Position Information: Drive team motivation and accountability
Delegate to cover all departmental goals
Facilitation of shift huddles
Ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed
Provide and ensure training, policies and procedures are completed for team
Tracking of employee training and cross-training
Completion of employee performance reviews
Collaborate with QC department to ensure highest level of quality is being achieved
Complete and analyze production schedules to set requirements, estimates and outputs
While adhering to production schedules, schedule staff for production needs
Notification and collaboration with maintenance department on both machine and building needs/issues
Assist with line operations as needed
Required Experience: High School Diploma required
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to related to people at all levels of the organization
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Ability to read and analyze production documentation
Demonstrated skills with communication, priority setting, organization of work and decision-making abilities
Strong work and personal ethics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
