Monroe Capital is seeking a

Business Development Team Coordinator . This individual will be an energetic, detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. This role will support the day-to-day operations of multiple individuals within the Business Development Team – Wealth Management Group.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Coordination – Manages calendars by anticipating needs, adjusting for conflicts, and ensuring all logistics (including materials, location, timing, etc.). Employs effective reasoning skills.
Travel & Expense –Submits expense reports in a timely manner and help with travel arrangements.
Info and Data – Updates and maintains CRM databases. May include compiling information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials including preparing reports, charts, graphs, or tables as necessary
Track investor calls, meetings, other related processes
Performs complex administrative and staff support duties for the organization.
Draft, format, edit, and finalize reports, presentations and correspondence with keen attention to detail utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Assist marketing with Conference Management: registering, paying, organizing + tracking attendees and speaking with reps when applicable
Additional internal projects as needed
Requirements
High school education required, Bachelor's degree a plus.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
Well-organized self-starter with high energy, creativity and thoughtfulness
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines well
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Ability to work within a team
