Responsibilities
• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns• Provide clients with IRS audit support• Complete E-filing and submit forms to IRS and state agencies• Generate business growth and increase client retention• Process clients' payments and ensure timely deposits• Answer client calls and provide tax planning• Resolve client complaints or refer to supervisor• Support office priorities through teamwork• Market and generate business
Requirements
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Experience working in a fast-paced environment• Basic knowledge of computer functions and math• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax is a plus
