Tax Attorney

Introduction: We are looking for a highly experienced Tax Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and services on matters related to taxation, including litigation and risk management. The Tax Attorney will work closely with our team of attorneys and provide counsel to clients on a wide variety of tax issues.
Position Overview: Provide legal advice and services on taxation matters, including litigation and risk management. Conduct research and analysis on issues relating to tax law. Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and briefs. Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings. Provide advice to clients on tax matters. Negotiate settlements and agreements. Maintain knowledge of current changes in taxation law. Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in taxation law. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex tax laws and regulations. Identify tax issues and create strategies to resolve them. Provide legal counsel to clients on tax matters. Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and briefs. Conduct research and analysis on taxation issues. Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings. Negotiate settlements and agreements. Maintain knowledge of current changes in taxation law. Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in taxation law. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state where practicing. Strong background in taxation law and litigation. Experience in tax Benefits What's in it for you:  Base Salary: $100k - $170k
