Pay Range: $30/Hour - $33/Hour
Job Description: Analyze, review and validate moderate to complex tax data (W9 and W8-BEN, W8-BEN-E, W8-IMY, W8-EXP and W8-ECI) Accurately process data for customer's tax profiles on various client systems including account level systems Verify that modifications in data are fed to various systems Update tracking mechanisms to ensure data capture Learn and use multiple, complex databases and systems in a relatively short timeframe Perform User Acceptance Testing in systems as needed Strong client focusses and relationship-building skills across lines of business and levels Demonstrated attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in high-pressure environment Ability to make independent 'client-centric' and judgment decisions Recognize and appropriately escalate issues and discrepancies Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Skills Data entry User testing Microsoft Desktop applications SQL/data queries Problem solving & analytical thinking About BC forward : Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BC forward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
