Responsibilities
• Process quarterly estimates for tax returns• Process and submit foreign withholding payments• Prepare and package tax form filings• Review and report on account openings and closings• Research and respond to correspondence from tax authorities• Collaborate with Tax Analysts and assist with projects• Organize and save processing and mailing documentation• Assist with other projects and mailings as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Basic understanding of tax forms is a bonus• Knowledge of OneSource Trust Tax System is a bonus• Knowledge of Trust Desk System is a bonus
