We are a rapidly expanding research and consulting organization, dedicated to delivering strategic insights and innovative solutions to our governmental clientele, which includes federal, state, and local entities. We specialize in business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration.
We are currently on the lookout for Task Leads to manage critical components of impending procurement projects for the U.S. Energy Information Administration. These roles, which can be either full-time or part-time, require individuals with significant experience in managing and overseeing a variety of tasks including energy outlook reports, cybersecurity measures, data center support, and systems development, among others.
Work Description:
As a Task Lead, you will hold a pivotal role requiring both technical proficiency and outstanding communication skills. Your responsibilities will include guiding teams across various locations, fostering collaboration, and driving your team towards key project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact with governmental technical staff and client agency representatives.
Manage all facets of the development and execution of assigned tasks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive work plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocations, and status reports.
Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring effective tracking and analysis of project progress.
Guarantee compliance with quality standards and oversee the delivery of project outputs.
Lead and supervise both technical and administrative personnel, including managers.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least ten years of relevant experience.
Strong skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Experience with the U.S. Department of Energy.
Eligibility to obtain Top Secret or Q clearance.
Professional certifications such as Registered Professional Engineer, Program Management Professional, or Certified Risk Manager.
