Responsibilities
• Keeping fixtures stocked with merchandise• Maintaining overall store cleanliness• Completing assigned tasks as planned• Ensuring product availability for purchase• Following process and procedures• Managing task dashboard and operational processes• Contributing to an inclusive environment• Participating in ongoing training and professional development• Completing merchandise resets, marketing displays, and inventory procedures• Maintaining store standards and cleanliness• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures• Providing exceptional guest service to reduce theft• Executing other operational tasks as directed
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination• Proficient with basic technology• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to problem solve• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays• Physical ability to continuously move throughout the store and lift/move weights• Experience in sales, inventory, customer service, merchandising, or related fields
