Terms: Fulltime Overview: In this role, you will take the lead in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to meet our organizational needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our network of clients, potential clients, and past contracted employees. This dual responsibility requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities for collaboration. Cultivate relationships with prospective clients through targeted outreach efforts, networking, cold calling, and other methods. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions. Reconnect with past contracted employees to explore potential future opportunities and gather feedback on their experiences. Leverage CRM software to track client interactions, monitor account activity, and identify areas for growth. Preferred Qualification: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a track record of sourcing top talent. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to meet client and organizational needs. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for driving business growth through talent acquisition and relationship management.
