NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Aquisition department. NPH is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. You will be joining a team of rock star staff who provide exceptional, patient-centered care and understand our patients are always our number one priority! TheTalent Acquisition Specialist provides a significant system and process support to the talent processes of the business. The TOS will have oversight of the organization's applicant tracking system (ATS) and will be responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and leveraging the system to solve recruitment challenges and initiatives. The TOS will serve as the liaison between the talent and HR team to create a best-in-class hiring experience for internal and external stakeholders.

New hire training and preceptorship for field and corporate human resources employees Other duties as assigned Undergraduate degree preferred 3 years of job-related experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources Knowledge of HRIS or Talent Systems, such as iCIMS, ADP, Greenhouse, Taleo, or related system Experience implementing technology and process solutions at scale Knows and applies applicable employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEO Standards and state requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and system updates simultaneously while effectively communicating implementation steps Expert in customer service, prioritization, and proven ability to communicate at all levels of the business
