Responsibilities
• Provide consultation on recruiting, talent assessment, succession planning, retention, and training• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for exempt and high volume hourly positions• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies• Assess job applicants and negotiate salary• Maintain succession planning for DCs and ensure adequate staffing for exempt positions• Partner with Senior Training Manager on development plans and training initiatives• Provide direction to opportunity DCs and strategic action planning• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the application and interviewing process• Develop strong business partnerships with key stakeholders• Establish productive recruitment strategies for direct hires and internships
Requirements
• Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting• Sound interview and evaluation skills• Strong sourcing background for exempt level roles• Ability to develop relationships and effectively influence• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills• Results driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and industry trends
