Key Responsibilities: Ownership of recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes Uphold all Chick-fil-A of Holly Springs policies and procedures Skills and Experience: Experience and a degree in Human Resources is preferred Restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
