This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving company at the forefront of youth soccer development! In this full-time Manager role, you'll oversee a team of coaches, ensuring they deliver high-quality instruction and create a positive experience for children ages 2-8.
**What you'll do:**
* Lead and develop a team of coaches, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Recruit, interview, onboard, and evaluate coaches, ensuring they meet program standards.
* Develop and deliver training programs to equip coaches with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
* Oversee coach scheduling and performance evaluations.
* Manage equipment and supplies for program operations.
* Assist with marketing and promotional activities to generate interest in programs.
* Represent the program at industry events and community outreach initiatives.
* Contribute to sales growth by optimizing coaching resources.
