Responsibilities
• Manages the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly manufacturing positions• Directs the flow within the recruiting team• Owns the interview process (resume screens, phone screens, onsite interviews, offers, and hiring decisions)• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process• Identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, etc• Ensures the staffing needs of the company are being met• Devises sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential and future applicants• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies• Works with HR team & Wellness Committee to promote internal programs and resources• Utilizes wellness initiatives for optimal engagement
Requirements
• Hybrid potential; 3 days onsite required• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, staffing, PR, or brand management• Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation tactics• Experience with social media advertising platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook• Candidate outreach/'headhunting' experience is strongly preferred• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and be creative
