Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site  with our client in Lexington, NC . Interested?
Here's what you'd do: Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions. Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature). Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job s and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements. Participating in employer branding initiatives. Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $44.65/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (1 st Shift).
Length: Temp (11 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional. Minimum of 3 years experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn). Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent verbal and written communication sourcing and presentation skills. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
