Talent Acquisition Specialist - *****This position is 100% onsite based out of our Blue Bell, PA office with some travel as needed.  H&M Inc. is seeking a seeking a motivated, self-starter Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Power Delivery East Team headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The desired candidate will thrive in a high-volume recruiting culture and have a successful track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified field craft leadership and professionals within the construction industry. The territory encompasses a multi-state region, and entails partnering with field leaders to source and maintain a qualified and consistent labor pool in the utility gas, power, and telecommunications industries.
Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a specialized HR function established to support management by reducing the time to hire and ensuring fair and efficient hiring practices. Specialists are responsible for the internal and external selection and hiring process for a designated region. Full-cycle responsibilities to include sourcing, building strong industry specific networks, recruiting, hiring, pipeline development, daily utilization with ATS (iCIMS) and other employment practices. This position supports management, the Human Resources team, and works with personnel in every department. Additionally, the selected candidate for this role would be expected to have a full investment, and be engrained, with our operations teams and have a professional understanding of our industry needs, expectations, and duties.
Responsibilities Generate relevant candidate flow through various methods with standard practices and "outside of the box" approaches. Perform outreach activities to build future candidate pipelines for seasonal hiring needs. Develop a strong partnership with the hiring manager team and formulate a recruiting strategy with the hiring manager for specific needs. Ability to visit job sites on a regular basis to learn some of the basics within our industry. Advertise job vacancies through our career site, social medias, and career events. Review applications to select top candidates for pre-screening. Pre-screen candidates and present the top to the hiring manager for review. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Strong sourcing background needed. Compliance and reporting:
Ensure compliance with all H&M and Power Delivery operational standards and employment laws and regulations.  Maintain compliance with Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) recruiting obligations. Track metrics and produce recruiting reports as required. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Ability to work a requisition load of 20+ openings. A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate office equipment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent. Previous work history in a related industry (utilities, construction, industrial, etc.). 4 or more years of recruiting and/or general human resources experience in the Utility Services industry.
