About the Job:

Peak Energy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be a key contributor to our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting potential candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring alignment between candidates and job requirements.
Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.
Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding:

Promote the company's employer brand through engaging job descriptions, career fairs, and other branding initiatives.
Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance:

Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are compliant.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
