Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience (32-
40 hours). Co-ops are fully immersed into the world of staffing agency industry as a full-time team
member. Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment
experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of
the staffing industry.
The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist with various responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Gain familiarity with open jobs in Top Echelon to assist in candidate sourcing efforts
• Manage recruiting inbox on various job boards
• Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events
• Co-managing job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications, etc.)
• Provides project support and assists with process improvement initiatives for the department or
cross-functional groups
• Researches and benchmarks recruiting practices to find innovative and creative talent acquisition
solutions
• Partners with Recruitment Marketing in an effort to continue to strengthen the SCR brand
and leverage social media recruiting tools to highlight career opportunities
• Supports the talent acquisition lifecycle by scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, sourcing for
top candidates and screening talent.
Requirements
• Must be enrolled in a college or university for the ******** academic school year
• Must be a junior standing or above
• Ability to work 10-30 hours/week during academic periods
• Self-motivated, Ability to work independently in a remote setting, Goal-oriented, Driven by success,
