Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. This role is in the office 3 days a week.

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities including heavy scheduling for up to 100 open positions and supporting multiple recruiters. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

Work closely with recruiters and candidates to schedule complex interviews via phone, MS Teams and in-person.
Greet candidates onsite for interviews, as needed.
Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process.
Create new, update, and/or close job requisitions, and create new user accounts for contractors.
Distribute surveys to collect data on how to improve RCP hiring processes.
Act as a back-up for other TA Coordinators, for salaried and hourly, when necessary.
Maintain HR files, trackers, and assist with various projects as assigned.

We need you to have:

Associates Degree, coursework, training, and/or certifications in HR or related field.
2+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Experience using an ATS.
Excellent capabilities in Office collaboration tools including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
Icing on the cake:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
