Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Client: Energy Company
Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)
Type: Contract
Rate: $35-40 /hour
Summary:
Work with Talent Acquisition team sourcing candidates coordinating efforts with hiring managers.
Facilitate and support all phases of the
recruiting/onboarding
process under limited supervision.
Help with the coordination and scheduling of interviews for candidates and take ownership in all the logistics of the interview process.
Oversee onboarding activities for any new employees entering the company and internal transfers.
Manage vendor relationships and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Duties:
Supports a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with interview scheduling needs, candidate travel, and new
employee/transferee
onboarding.
Plans and executes interview days, including creating schedules, procuring space, confirming candidate travel, creating candidate packet, and greeting candidates.
Completes onboarding process for all new hires to include background screening and pre-employment testing.
Acts as point of contact for candidates regarding Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post-offer onboarding, I-9 verifications, and day one itinerary.
Acts as primary point of contact for retrieving data and analytics surrounding Talent key performance indicators, anticipating the data needs of the Talent Acquisition team.
Manages Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs including, but not limited to the employee referral program including tracking and processing referral bonuses.
May act as a subject matter resource to others in the Talent department on Talent Acquisition processes, programs, and initiatives.
Takes part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator position supporting Corporate Talent Acquisition backgrounds and onboarding.
Experience MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Teams application.
Experience with pulling detailed reports in Excel and analyzing data for accuracy and next-step actions.
Experience reviewing background reports for compliance and performing onboarding and background duties.
Versed managing ATS program and updating application status reports. .
Experience managing external vendor relationships.
Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding Suite.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent and 3 years of total work experience managing candidates in the background and onboarding process.
