CUI is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to our organization.Responsibilities include maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of systems and networks.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues• Assist with IT documentation• Respond to technical needs of CUI• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure• Provide technical support to end-users• Collaborate on IT projects• Set up user accounts and permissions• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience• Minimum of three years of experience in IT support or related role• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365• Proficiency with Windows operating systems• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification are a plus
